Comfort Mat EXTREME 3,5 mm (EXTREME series) is a unique double layer vibration deadening mat, each layer has its special functional load. The mat is made of double lamination of a bitumen and mastic composition with aluminum foil (2 layest of foil), making it possible to create unique materials with high rigidy and high mechanical loss factor, used in areas with high vibration load, and for sound competition cars. Comfort Mat BRONZE 2 mm is a budget mastic vibration deadening mat for zones with light or medium vibration loads. Universal vibration deadening material with thickness of 2 mm has good adhesion to metal, mastic is made from a mixture of special polymers, reinforced with aluminum foil. The use of a modified elastomer in the composition of the mastic gives the material a good mechanical loss factor, good adhesion, resistance to environment and a wide temperature range of work. BRONZE series mats are not afraid of water, they have sealing and anti-corrosion features and dont need heating during installation.

RAPTOR (4 mm)

Comfort Mat RAPTOR  is a 4mm multi-layer material with an acoustic membrane. The material is totally water proof with a great adhesion due to a sealant type glue. Used as a second layer (no need for 3rd layer). It consists of 3 layers: a membrane (2mm) with high density acoustic mastic, sound absorbing material (2mm) and new adhesive sealant, that works from -50 to +150C. Thats why you can install RAPTOR on any shapes without worring it to get loose.

All vibration deadening mat should be rolled with a roller, because pressing mats with your hand or using plastic roller will not make vibration deadening mat work as it should be. Squares on deadening mats are made to identify whether the mat is rolled or not. This is a must have tool for every installer.
This roller has a bent metal arm in order to make job easier and your wrist will not be tired fast.

Thanks to adding  of low molecular weight polymers, it was possible to give the material unique acoustic and performance features. The mounting layer is made of moisture resistant glue.

COMFORTMAT SOUND TRAP is an absorbing block of special foam material, disigned to be installed in A, B, C and D pillars of the car. It´s goal is to cancel noise comming from the technical holes of the car, where other mats connot be installed. Noise trap has a “shape memory”. You can squeeze the noise trap, insert it into the tecnichal hole, is in a couple of seconds it will take its original shape and fullfill the hole. One side of Sound Trap is resistant to water.
